Returns and Refunds:
Products may be returned within 30 days from shipment with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for a refund of the full purchase price only if the materials are in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling, as well as a 25% restocking fee, and original shipping and handling is non-refundable. Missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers must call for a RMA number prior to shipping the merchandise. Kit boxes must be packed in a shipping box, and the RMA must be prominently displayed on the shipping box along with a return address. Any credits issued are only valid for PA products and are not redeemable for cash.
RMA numbers are required on all returns.

Exchanges:
You may exchange Instructor's Kits only if the materials are in original condition and are of similar value. Positive Action, Inc. reserves the right to refuse delivery of returns not meeting these conditions. Customers are responsible for return and outgoing shipping and handling, and original shipping and handling is non-refundable.
No exchanges after 90 days.
